Specific Instructions to Brasilians

Caros Participantes do COBEP/SPEC

Com o intuito de sanar algumas dúvidas a respeito do pagamento das inscrições deste congresso, venho por meio deste tecer algumas observações:

1. Aos participantes que irão pagar suas inscrições via empenho, solicitamos que seja inserido na nota o nome completo dos inscritos, a instituição a que pertence, além do ID do artigo, caso seja autor e se este participará de algum tutorial ou pagará algum artigo extra.
2. Aos interessados que NÃO pagarão via empenho, a inscrição deve ser feita no site do congresso e só podem ser pagas via boleto.
3. NÃO realizem pagamentos via depósitos bancários.

Registration should be done online at the conference website.

Registration within Brazil: After filling in the registration form, please generate the appropriate conference payment bill, and proceed with payment.

Registration from abroad: After filling in the registration form, please proceed with the payment using a Credit Card.

SYSTEM INFORMATION

– We offer on the website, a system that will generate your registration and where you can make make your payment.

– Registration will only be made ​​after bank or credit card payment confirmation. Credit card payment is reserved for international participants.

– When registering you must provide a valid e-mail address, which will be your login and password to access a restricted and secure area that will take your registration.

– Check the list of values ​​and then click on ” REGISTRATION AREA “.

REGISTRATION FEES

REGISTRATION VALIDATION INFORMATION

– It is essential that the information is correctly informed so that there will be no problems with your registration;

– Make sure that the e-mail address provided is correct. All relevant information regarding the event will be sent to the registered e-mail address;

– The CPF is a participant ID field. This is a mandatory field and needs to be filled in by all Brazilian participants. A valid Passport Number is needed in the case of international participants.

Proof Required:

Students :

– Comprovation of enrollment in undergraduate or graduate course.

– Student ID

National professional:

– Proof of SOBRAEP annuity

International professionals:

– IEEE partners (Member Chip) will be identified by the system

Please scan the documents in medium resolution (180 to 200 DPI) in order to avoid delays during access and at the same time preserving the legibility of the documents.

The required proof of documentation should be sent through the registration system. After sending the document, it will be evaluated by the organizing commission within 3 days. You can only complete the registration process after approval of document(s).

DEADLINES

Online applications will be accepted until 11.16.2015.

After this date, registration can only be made at the event venue.

Deadline and Reimbursement policy:

Until 10.30.2015 – 50% refund of the registration fee paid in case of cancelation.

After this date, refunds will NOT be allowed.

Refund requests must be made in writing, containing all the necessary information of the registered participant: full name, CPF (Brazilians) / PASSPORT NUMBER (Foreigners) and bank information sent via email to: coordenacao2@ikone.com.br. Please remember that refunds will only be given to participants who are registered in the system, there will be no refund given to third parties.

Refunds will only be given after the event.

MATERIAL FOR PARTICIPANTS

• Reserved only for pre-registered participants.

• May only be picked up at the accreditation desk.

By enrolling, all participants automatically agree that they have read and are aware of all the rules established for registration.
